Hangzhou Ping an Financial Center, located in the central core area of CBD in Qianjiang New Town, consists of three towers and commercial podiums. It is a super high-rise building with a height of 180 meters, and one of the key projects of water saving and utilization in Hangzhou. In order to better complete the application of water-saving technology in super high-rise buildings, the designers adopted rainwater and condensate collection-treatment-utilization system in the design, which greatly improved the utilization rate of non-traditional water sources.
